Who are Waddeton Park?
Waddeton Park is an independent land promoter who works closely with landowners, local authorities, stakeholders, and local people to secure planning permissions that deliver the much-needed new homes as well as benefiting the existing community.
What are the next steps
Waddeton Park Ltd intends to submit an Outline Planning Application, but with full details of the access and landscape areas. They also intend to fix the location of development blocks and building heights (2 storey) through a Parameter Plan to give the community an increased level of certainty to this part of the planning process. The detailed design of individual houses would be for approval at a later date.
